Early Life and Education: Hernan was raised in South Florida. Growing up with a passion for business, he pursued a degree in business administration at Barry University in Miami Shores. He is bi-lingual and fluent in English and Spanish. His insatiable curiosity led him to explore the evolving landscape of media and its intersection with emerging digital opportunities.
Rise in the Corporate World: Hernan was given opportunities in sales and management at various media conglomerates such as McClatchy, Tribune, CBS Radio, Hearst corporation and Digital First Media. Hernan quickly climbed the ranks within these major media conglomerates, leveraging his keen understanding of sales, marketing, management, media trends and innovative thinking. He played pivotal roles in each of these company’s transition to digital platforms, foreseeing the shift in consumer behavior and the importance of adapting to the digital era.
Innovations in Media: As a corporate executive, Hernan spearheaded several groundbreaking initiatives that yielded huge revenue for each of the companies he worked for. He championed the development of launching new print and digital products, and interactive content. Under his leadership, each company grew market share in the print and digital media landscape.
Transition to Entrepreneurship: Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Hernan eventually made the bold decision to leave the corporate world and embark on his own journey. Drawing on his years of experience and foresight, he founded DigiROI Marketing, a marketing and advertising company headquartered in San Antonio, TX. He aimed at disrupting the traditional media landscape. The company serves local and national companies. His venture focused on partnering with technologies companies, marketing companies, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. He negotiated revenue volume advertising agreements with media to deliver ROI (return on investment) for his clients.

As a corporate executive, Hernan spearheaded innovative initiatives that significantly boosted revenue and market share through the development of new print and digital products. Eventually, Hernan left the corporate world to launch DigiROI Marketing and Advertising, a full-service agency offering digital marketing, traditional media, media planning and buying, creative services, analytics, and reporting. Leveraging partnerships with media companies, technology and Marketing firms, he focused on maximizing clients' returns on investment.
Mauro Ponce
EVP
Mauro Ponce is EVP at DigiRoi Marketing. He has over 35 years of experience in print media and digital media. He is bi-lingual and fluent in English and Spanish. Mauro oversees Direct Mail, Newspapers, Magazines and print. Mauro oversees the execution of advertising campaigns for print media, negotiations and placement to ensure effective exposure, reach, frequency and low cost per thousands rates for our clients.

VP of Digital Strategy
John A. Ponce is VP of Digital Strategy, known for his expertise in developing and executing online marketing and digital initiatives that drive business growth. With a comprehensive approach, John oversees key areas such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, paid advertising, email campaigns, and website analytics, ensuring a seamless and impactful digital presence across all platforms. He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and IT, to create cohesive digital experiences that align with business goals. John is also skilled at leveraging the latest digital trends, analyzing campaign data for optimal performance, and driving organizational digital transformation. With 17 years experience in the Financial industry, John’s leadership extends to managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and delivering clear reports on ROI for digital strategies. With a strong strategic mindset and proficiency in digital tools and platforms, John continues to lead innovative digital marketing efforts that push boundaries and deliver results.

Creative Director
Brian is a seasoned designer with a decade of experience crafting engaging digital experiences. After earning his Bachelor of Fine Arts, he began his career in advertising, honing his skills in logo design and branding. His passion for design evolved into a deep interest in the intersection of art and technology. This led him to transition into web design and UI/UX, where he has successfully designed and developed intuitive websites for enterprise-level companies. As a Staff Product Designer, Brian has a proven track record of solving complex design challenges and creating user-friendly interfaces that drive business outcomes. A lifelong learner, Brian embraces emerging technologies and stays at the forefront of industry trends to deliver innovative and impactful design solutions.
John Pearsall

John has over 20 years of sales development experience working at IAC, Tribune, Hearst Media, Vericast, and IBTimes.com on national, regional, and local brands, providing clients with Digital, Direct Mail, Video, OOH, and other Off-line marketing solutions.
His passion is establishing deep relationships with clients, going deep into their business to assess needs, help solve problems and provide tactical, measurable solutions to fully optimize their marketing performance and investment.
John has worked with marketing leadership teams in Telecom, Retail, Gaming, Financial, and Travel channels and their agency teams. It's given him a wide view of business insights and challenges clients face in today's competitive environment along with teamwork and partnership it takes for successful results.
In his spare time John enjoys the beach, snow skiing, golf, and most of all spending time with family. Additionally, he considers himself a Fish Taco aficionado!
